By accessing this website or using any TNPMC service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
TNPMC provides professional pest management services including inspection, treatment, and ongoing protection programs. All services are subject to a separate service agreement signed at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Appointments
Inspection bookings are confirmed subject to technician availability. TNPMC reserves the right to reschedule appointments with at least 4 hours' prior notice. Clients are requested to ensure premises access at the agreed time.
3. Pricing & Payment
All price quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment is due upon completion of each service unless an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with alternative terms is in place.
4. Warranty
Service warranties are as stated in the individual service agreement. Warranties apply only when the client follows post-treatment care instructions provided by the technician. Warranty re-services are at no additional cost within the warranty period.
5. Limitation of Liability
TNPMC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate information about the premises and nature of infestation. Failure to disclose material information may void the service warranty.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
